Plot Summary:

Diana calls in the help of Batman to track down the murderer of Darrel Keyes while simultaneously trying to deal with various diplomatic crisis. The U.S. Government are insisting that she hands the terrorist "Silver Swan" over to them while Diana tries to treat Vanessa in the safety of her Embassy. There are also increasing tensions with the government due to Themyscira's new location off the coast of the Carolinas. American warships are even stationed around Paradise Island, as the State Department express their unease regarding the proximity of the Amazon Homeland to the U.S. coast.
