Synopsis
Wonder Woman is approached by Aztek to assist her in taking on Tezcatlipoca, who she has seen in a vision. The God is located in a pyramid hidden in the jungle is is in combat with an Amazon who sports a bear claw scar. Diana immediately recognises from the description that this Amazon is her aunt Atalanta.
Wonder Woman tells Aztek that before they set off they will need one more member of the team and reaches out to Artemis, who at first is not pleased to see Diana. But when she hears that the sister of her former queen, Antiope, is still alive she joins forces and together they travel to the pyramid and do battle with the Aztek God.
During the battle Atalanta appears and joins the combat. She tells them that she has been trapped here for decades. She adds that she has repelled the Sky Gods soldiers before they could enter our world but the last attack was too much and an advance party had managed to breach the temple and escape. Now the main army is preparing to follow them.
But Diana assures her that together they will stop them.
