Synopsis
The Batman Who Laughs makes a pact with Lex and reveals that the Source Wall, now broken by the League, had been constructed to imprison a being named Perpetua. Meanwhile Lex sends Black Manta and Cheetah, whose claws have been enhanced by Luthor to be able to kill Gods, to take down Poseidon and unleash a flood upon the Earth.
