Synopsis

Batman reaches out to Green Lantern who is ferrying a captured prisoner back to Oa, asking him his assistance and experience to help the league deal with the recently landed Totality. The Caped Crusader explains how the league have so far managed to shield the Totality from the world but they may not be able to do so for much longer. They also believe that The Totality is the key to help save the Universe from the collapsing Source Wall.

Batman adds that Killer Croc had attempted to go inside the Totality and had come out changed, as the entity had adapted him to protect itself from the league.

Suddenly though the communications get cut off and Batman tells Martian Manhunter that he just hopes Lantern is considering his request, As Manhunter and the rest of the league finally quell the rampaging Killer Croc they decide to hatch a plan to enter the Totality without the same thing happening to them.

Meanwhile Lex Luthor is explaining to the recently gathered Legion of Doom how this Totality is the key to everything, but to control it they must first unlock the seven hidden forces of the Universe. The Source Wall had previously made it almost impossible to access these according to the Totality’s code, and each force is something each assembled villain has been looking for their entire life, whether they knew it or not.

He tells Grodd that he has already unlocked his power for him and that Sinestro is on his way to claim his too. He then adds that the Source Wall had not been protecting the Universe from what lay beyond – but that it is in fact the other way around and it had been protecting what is beyond from this universe…

Meanwhile Batman and Kendra have boarded vessels which Atom has then shrunken down to be injected into the bodies of both Superman and Martian Manhunter, who have been deemed the only beings capable enough to withstand entering the Totality.

As the two heroes begin approaching the force field around the Totality, John Stewart arrives t attack the watching league members, having now been possessed by Sinestro to form the Ultraviolet Corps.

And, back at the Legion’s Lair, as Cheetah reveals to the others that then have been talking with a Lexbot and that the real Luthor isn’t even here, he communicates to them by audio that he is in fact riding inside the body of Superman as so he can enter the Totality!
