Synopsis
Following the trail of the Ninth Circle to Washington D.C., Ollie finds an anti-war group murdered. When a peace-promoting senator is attacked by an armoured killer, Ollie pursues him which leads to an encounter with Wonder Woman. Together Ollie and Diana try to track the killer before he can strike again.
Back in Star City, Black Canary and Emiko take on the Underground Men.
