As Wonder Woman brings Saturian women to Transformation Island, one of them, Eviless, escapes and gets control of Wonder Woman’s magic lasso. The villain sets the other prisoners loose and uses Venus girdles on the Amazons to force them into submission.
Villainy, Inc. succeeds in capturing Queen Hippolyta and the rest of the Amazons, then summon Wonder Woman, planning to kill her and Queen Hippolyta. But a riot by transformed prisoners releases Wonder Woman and allows the capture of many members of Villainy. Inc..
The four remaining members of Villainy, Inc. have fled to the man’s world with Hippolyta’s jewels. These remain hidden until a tip from a shopkeeper leads the Amazon Princess to the criminal’s lair where she is captured, but later freed by Steve, Etta and the Hollidays Girls. The four villains are then taken to Transformation Island.
