Synopsis

Green Lantern (Jennie-Lynn Hayden) is just doing a photo shoot when the male model gets attacked by a plant being. Jennie immediately is reminded of her mother Thorn. But she is dead and the being actually calls herself Spore. Spore intends to kill Jennie, but then she disappears.

Jennie visits her dad Alan Scott and tells him what happened. He has no clue who Spore could be so Jennie wants to talk to Wonder Woman as well. But Diana did not know Thorn, so they teleport into JLA tower and look for clues in the team’s database.

Her mother was connected to a Dr. Hollis whom she later killed. Dr. Hollis has a daughter who lives in New York. Jennie and Wonder Woman fly to the daughter’s laboratory but find out she is dead as well. But the plant being is still there and it takes the combined powers of Green Lantern and Wonder Woman to defeat it.

Later, Jennie actually is happy about this incident. It showed her that her mother was not bad by nature but got poisoned by the plant virus.
