Synopsis
A new menace threatens both Earths 1 and 2 as Red Tornado is captured by a foe known only as Creator2. Using his unique vibrational energies, Creator2 targets both the JSA and JLA separately, as each world’s doppelganger falls prey to Creator2’s traps.
