Once again Byrne made another controversial change during his run by making Hippolyta the Golden Age version of Wonder Woman, pre-dating Diana!

Synopsis

Jay Garrick, the Golden Age Flash, realises he has seen Hippolyta as Wonder Woman in the past back in the 1940s. He suddenly remembers her fighting alongside the Justice Society of America. So together, Flash and Wonder Woman travel back in time to discover the cause of the paradox…and encounter the original JSA.
