In this issue Diana is now depicted wearing her non-Wonder Woman costume, also referred to as the “biker shorts and jacket” look, following the events of Wonder Woman issue 92 where Artemis wins the contest and thus the right to become the new Wonder Woman.

Synopsis

Diana asks her team members whether they still want her to lead them now that she is no longer Wonder Woman and Hawkman tells her they need her warrior skills and that she is more than just a title and a costume. They then find themselves seemingly under attack by numerous aliens and a fight breaks out. Eventually the real culprit is revealed as a Yedrii who are scouts hired to seek new targets for invasion by their paymasters. The other aliens are all the last of their kind that had been held on the Overmaster’s ship.
