Synopsis

Gen. Wade Eiling, in the body of the Shaggy Man, is fighting Batman, Huntress and Plastic Man.

Meanwhile, in Phoenix, Arizona, Superman tries to talk to the army and the Ultramarine Corps, telling them he saw a tumour in Gen. Eiling’s brain, which must account for the irrational orders he gave them to kill the Justice League. Warmaker One calls Eiling to try and verify Superman’s story.

Batman begins hypnotising Eiling, whose brain is more susceptible to it in the Shaggy Man’s body. Suddenly the remaining JLA members and the Ultramarine Corps show up and begin attacking Eiling.

They lure Eiling to a teleportation device and send him to a rock outcropping in the heart of an asteroid belt.

Later, the International Ultramarine Corps is established.

At the JLA Satellite, J’onn J’onnz’s replacement teleports up. It is Hourman.
