Synopsis
General Tuzik takes over the Chinese Army using the Starro virus and his own superhumans, The Hypotheticals. Meanwhile, the Justice League prepares for war after the Martian Manhunter communes with the Starro virus, discovers who controls it, and finds its initial victims don’t have much time left.
